Refund policy

Effective October 9, 2026. This policy covers the Swap Academy PDF Playbook, optional AI Tutor add-on tutor credit recharges, and the Creator Business Blueprint.

PDF Playbook · $9.99 USD

After payment is confirmed, the PDF becomes available to download in your signed-in student account. The file downloads to your device; we do not currently email it as an attachment. Once the PDF has been successfully delivered, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

If you cannot receive or access the PDF, contact support so we can resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the delivery or access problem, you may request a refund.

Creator Business Blueprint · $49.99 USD

The template ZIP and setup PDF become available in your student account after payment confirmation. No change-of-mind refunds are offered after successful delivery. Contact support if you cannot receive or access the files; you may request a refund if we cannot resolve the problem. Buyers are responsible for their own setup and third-party fees.

AI Tutor add-on · $15 USD

You may request a refund of the $15 tutor portion within 7 days of the tutor purchase, provided no tutor credits have been used. This applies to the $24.99 PDF + Tutor bundle and the separate $15 upgrade. The PDF portion follows the PDF policy above.

A successful tutor reply counts as credit use. Failed tutor replies automatically return their credit and do not count as successful use. The tutor refund offer does not automatically apply to separate $5 credit recharges; contact support about recharge delivery or access problems. Approved tutor refunds remove the refunded tutor access and associated credits.

How to request help or a refund

Email aimodel.v1@gmail.com with your purchase email, Stripe receipt or order reference, and a description of the problem. Do not send card details, passwords or API keys. Refund requests are reviewed manually; refunds are not issued automatically. Approved payment refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or refund rights that apply to your purchase. Where applicable law requires a different outcome, those requirements take precedence.
